Materials explaining fluoroscopy and CT devices using microfocus X-ray equipment are being distributed!

X-ray CT irradiates X-rays from many directions, and the computer calculates the cross-sectional shape inside the material from the distribution of the transmitted X-rays. The direction of the cross-section is perpendicular to the fluoroscopic image, parallel to the X-ray beam, and the fluoroscopic image overlaps the internal state of the material; however, X-ray CT displays only a specific cross-section without overlapping the internal state of the material. In micro-focus CT, a method called "third-generation CT," which only rotates the sample, is adopted. This document briefly summarizes the current status and trends of fluoroscopy and CT devices using micro-focus X-ray equipment. It includes an overview of X-ray CT devices, the principles of CT, the characteristics of micro-focus CT, and application examples using micro-focus CT. NVS SHOP http://shop.nvs.co.jp This is a service that produces various three-dimensional models and exhibits based on real 3D images obtained from devices such as X-ray CT. It is a new service that utilizes a new technology to create translucent three-dimensional models. The 3D images captured using expensive equipment have primarily been viewed on monitors or in printed materials. However, by creating models, we can expand the use cases for presentations, research presentations, exhibitions, education, advertising, and more, as well as newly utilize existing 3D images for various applications, which is expected to have a ripple effect across the entire field of 3D imaging. It is possible to model various materials, such as data from die-cast products with voids extracted and models visualizing the internal structure of LED bulbs.
